(7-24-2009) DINWIDDIE, Virginia – Tim Tindle will add yet another series on his promodified resume as the two-time 2009 National Event winner heads to Virginia Motorsports Park for the ADRL NationalGuard.com US Drags II. Virginia Motorsports Park has arguably been the most favorable track for promods and Tindle is looking to deliver consistent 3-second passes.
”This is just been an awesome season for Tindle Racing,” Tindle said. “We don’t expect to have the fastest car on the grounds without a screw blower, but I think we can run with the competition. We’re just going to get down the track, put some quick numbers on the board, and make consistent laps.”
Tindle made his IHRA debut earlier this year at the IHRA Spring Nationals, Rockingham Dragway, and won. Talk about making a first good impression. Tindle took down the 2008 IHRA World Champion on his march to the winner’s circle.
Tindle Racing will begin testing along with the other ADRL five professional categories at noon on Friday, followed by qualifying at 7:00 PM EST. Two addition rounds of qualifying will begin Saturday morning with eliminations soon after.
Tindle Racing would like to thank Goodyear Racing, NGK Sparkplugs, and Lucas Oil for their continuing support. For more information on Tindle Racing visit www.TindleRacing.com
